Looking for candidates who have overall responsible for corporate action activity.

Fair knowledge of capital market related to settlement of bonds/ equity / Mutual Fund units. Acquisition of new FPI, FDI, FVCI and domestic accounts for the company and on-going relationship management responsibilities for newly acquired accounts.

Responsible for compliance with the Regulations and ensuring suitable risk management policies and practices at the FME.

Candidates should have hands on SQL,VBA, Macros, etc.

Experience in corporate secretarial and compliance management. preferably from BFSI sector.

Candidate should have experience from custodian market.
